Gerould’s Healthcare Center is pleased to announce our newest division!

Gerould’s Independent Living Solutions division was developed on the belief that people, including the elderly and disabled, feel most comfortable in their home environment and that with the right support, home is where they can remain. All of our services are therefore centered around helping clients maintain independence and quality of life while ensuring their safety and wellbeing. More than a home medical equipment company, our trained staff  also serve as advocates continually striving to keep customers active in their communities and further educate communities about the needs of seniors, people with disabilities and their loved ones.

Meet our new Independent (Active) Living Solutions Team

 Boyd Lamberson, ATP has over 22 years of mobility and seating experience as well as experience in home safety assessments, accessibility, and modifications.  Boyd is responsible for performing home accessibility and safety assessments as well as mobility evaluations.  Boyd works one on one with customers, caregivers, and all involved healthcare providers to ensure the proper products and services are provided to the customer.


 

Aida Williams, RRT has over 20 years of experience as a licensed Respiratory Therapist.  She has extended experience with treatment and management of clients with respiratory illnesses such as COPD and sleep apnea as well as other illnesses that compromise the respiratory system.  Aida also champions our wellness programs and works with customers in terms of nutrition and exercise for the healthiest outcomes possible.


 

Sharon Hall, Customer Service Coordinator, has over 12 years of customer service experience with medical equipment and supplies and is responsible for coordination of services, insurance authorizations, reimbursement, and customer payment systems. Sharon provides one on one conversations with customers about healthcare coverage and out of pocket expenses prior to services being performed.



 

Cheryl Henninger, R.R.T., C.E.A.C.,is the Manager of Gerould's Healthcare Division.  She has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field including clinical services, healthcare management and consultation, legislation, and accreditation.  Cheryl is actively involved in the management of Gerould’s Healthcare Center and the development of new healthcare services geared at helping those with chronic illness and those with disabilities remain as independent and active as they can.
